OCS MOULDS
OCS Moulds srl aims to implement a competitive model for the continuous improvement of its plastic molding and mold construction services. It has adopted a Quality and Environmental Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and UNI EN ISO 14001 standards, applied to all company processes without exception, with the aim of achieving the following objectives:
- Develop quotations that satisfy customers in terms of cost-effectiveness (prices, terms), quality (product, service), and professionalism (suggestions, assistance, collaboration).
- Allow customers the greatest possible flexibility in formulating their orders, with regard to quantities and delivery times.
- Meet technical requirements and advanced product modifications within the required timeframe or as quickly as possible.
- Assess customer satisfaction levels and strive to achieve the desired level of satisfaction.
- Identify, analyze, and promote solutions aimed at improving production and, consequently, the final product.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as voluntary commitments regarding the environment, applicable to the products supplied and the production site.
- Maintain and continuously improve an effective management system compliant with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and UNI EN ISO 14001 standards.
- Raise the professionalism of company personnel by meeting needs and expectations based on merit.
- Inform and train all employees to promote adequate knowledge and awareness of quality and environmental issues.
- Ensure awareness and promote employee involvement to implement the principles of this policy in a process of corporate growth and cultural development.
- Commit to employee consultation and participation.
- Commit to reducing the impacts of significant environmental issues and preventing pollution.
- Identify and introduce new, increasingly safe technologies, up to levels corresponding to the economically viable application of best practices and available technologies.
- Preemptively evaluate new processes, infrastructure, systems, and activities to correctly identify their environmental aspects and effects, preventing negative impacts on overall performance and improving it where possible.
- Promote the company's commitment to reducing non-compliance.
- Draw recommendations from Management Reviews to improve the effectiveness of the Management System.
- Use the necessary tools to measure company performance in terms of accident prevention.
- Continuously monitor environmental performance.
- Optimize electricity consumption, including through the use of suppliers who utilize renewable sources.
- Implement waste separation and proper management, encouraging recovery where possible.
- Adopt chemical products for use in company operations, taking into account their potential hazards to personnel and the environment.
- Enhance and maintain the quality of supplies and suppliers.
- Ensure that suppliers and companies conduct themselves in accordance with the organization's practices and procedures, raising awareness of environmentally responsible business practices.
- Adopt the best emergency prevention and control techniques and procedures.
This Policy is reviewed at least annually by Management to ensure its continued relevance.
Management is committed to providing the human resources, specialized skills, technologies, and financial resources necessary to implement this Policy, which is appropriate to the organization's goals and context and represents the framework for defining the corporate objectives outlined above. Achieving these objectives requires the involvement of all personnel: this is achieved through ongoing information and training for each individual, according to their role and expertise, and based on an assessment of the risks and opportunities inherent in business processes.
This Policy, appropriate to the purpose, size, and context of the integrated system organization, is communicated to all personnel through publication on the company website and by posting in the organization's main offices and is available to interested parties.
